Account Security

LiveReach Media supports SSO to authenticate customers with their own systems without requiring them to enter additional LRM-specific login credentials. LRM also supports 2FA.

Account Permissions

LiveReach Media enables a variety of permissions including specific product permissions as well as location permissions. For example, system admins can hide count data for specific zones if desired.

GDPR Compliance

Video footage is always processed on-premise and never leaves the premises: Within nanoseconds, our object detection and human detection models process frames, immediately discard frames, and only send aggregated and fully anonymized data to the cloud. Facial recognition is never used and the system never stores personally identifiable information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the LRM system capture personally identifiable information?

The LRM system never captures any PII and never stores identifiable information such as emails, names, and phone numbers. The system processes frames from camera streams, detects the number of objects and humans, and sends count data such as Ins, Outs, Wait Times, etc. to the cloud so that venues can view how their space is being used.

Can I opt-out of tracking?

The system incorporates opt-out by default and doesn’t know who each individual is, meaning opt-out is not possible.

Does the LRM system capture face information and look up (by face) against any database?

No facial recognition is never used.

Does the LRM motion analytics system send video footage out of the premise to the cloud?

No, the LRM system is designed to be a completely on-premise system where frames are processed locally on-premise within nanoseconds.

How is the LRM-AI based security system stored?

The LRM AI-based security system allows customers to search through their security footage by various attributes and features. If the AI-based security system is enabled, videos are stored on an on-premise server. From there, security teams and IT teams can view footage, similar to how they use their current NVR, and search through footage rapidly. Video footage never leaves the premise and the video watching user interface can only be accessed within the venue’s on-premise network.

Does the LRM AI-based security system have a cloud-based video watching or on-premise video watching tool?

The LRM AI-based security system is designed to be on-premise for maximum security. A cloud-based tool could be developed in the future depending on customer adoption, demand, scalability constraints, and other factors.
